Processing Time

Orders have a processing time of 3-6 days to allow me time to create each piece and package the order! I may finish sooner than that, however this time frame is to ensure I have enough time since I'm on my own doing it all!

Refunds and Returns

I don't accept returns for hygiene reasons and the custom nature of sizing. Because of this, refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact me if you have any trouble with your order and I will happily work with you! 

I will gladly accept cancellations for a full refund within the first 48 hours after purchase, or within 24 hours if you chose express shipping!

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available for the US and internationally! 
  • Shipping is a flat fee of $4.95 for anywhere in the US and any domestic orders over $50 will get free shipping! This flat fee accounts for the shipping cost as well as the cost of my packaging materials.
  • Shipping for international orders is calculated based on weight and where you are located. The price will be the exact cost of the label. I am not responsible for customs or border fees on international orders.
  • The option to upgrade to priority shipping is available for both domestic and international orders at checkout. It is calculated based on weight and where the delivery address is located. If you choose priority, your order will be shipped within 2 days. 
  • All orders automatically come with shipping since they are shipped through USPS! You will receive a tracking number after shipment.
  • First class domestic orders should arrive in 3-5 after shipment, however with mail still delayed due to COVID-19, please prepare for longer.
  • For international shipping, expect 4+ weeks at least for delivery depending on where you are. International shipping typically takes awhile, but COVID-19 has delayed that even more so.
